About Stair Steppers
Stair steppers continue to be popular options for home exercise. They offer the same benefits as running stairs, but with the “any time, in any weather, without having to leave the comfort and safety of your home” added convenience. Stair steppers don’t take up much space, require moderate balance and coordination, and can provide an effective workout for all levels of users, from beginners to serious competitors. Following on the heels of treadmills and exercise bikes, stair steppers took their first step towards fitness machine success in the early 1980s. Like most exercise equipment, stair steppers have come a long way, technically speaking. Advanced computers on most newer models allow users to track their vitals at a glance. However, the most important benefits of stair steppers are still the basic ways they provide excellent cardiovascular workouts that get the heart pounding, along with the impact the exercise has on muscle tone in the legs, thighs, and buttocks. Stair steppers continue to offer an exercise that is less jarring than treadmills, but more intense than elliptical trainers.

Question
you know the step machines at the gym that are like you are walking up steps,

will they increase or decrease the size of my butt?

cos i want a bigger butt, as my jeans all look bad because my ass never fills them. neither do my legs.

i am 5″4 and 95 pounds, i am top heavy, C cup breats and a normal top half that i would actualy like to lose fat on my stomach, but my butt and legs are really skinny and i’d like to bulk them up..

Please don’t recommend squats, i’m too weak to do them, when i try to do them i just think i’m doing them wrong.

Is there anything else that can make my legs and butt bigger?

Thanks xoxox

Answered by Ivan S
Squats, Dead lifts, leg extensions, leg curls, and lunges.

Sorry but squats is going to give you the big butt you want. Bear through it no one likes doing it.

Answered by Judy
I have found that step machines built up my legs not lift the buns. As for the buns, gluteus maximus is one of the larger muscles in the body, ut the backside is also one of the first places hat fat goes when it’s stored, especially in woman. Think of these three exercises as one non-stop exercise. Do not rest between them – move quickly from one to the next, with as little break as possible. Do 20-25 quick reps of each of the following:
1. Standing Squat – . A short movement is all that is necessary to work the correct muscles. Don’t attempt to do deep knee-bends.
2. Standing Glute Squeeze – Concentrate on tight, focused squeezing.
3. Lying Glute Scissors – This is an advanced exercise, so be very careful about form and don’t rush until you mastered the movements.
Listen to your body and go at the pace you can handle. Do not sacrifice form. If your form is a little off, you will not gain the benefits of the exercise. Happy bun lifting!

It would probably firm your butt up if anything and not necessarily make it bigger or smaller, but “tighter” lol.

Squats is one of the best exercises. Other are different deadlifts, best of them straight leg deadlifts. Lunges and one leg kickbacks are also good.

Question
How can you make plastic cutlery (disposable)?
What are the step by step processes and machines needed for the processes?
Are there any suppliers of these machines?
Thank you.
Answered by Stijn
They are made by injection molding. There are many suppliers, just do an internet search. These are not cheap machines, neither are the molds.
Answered by Technobuff
The injection moulding machines are commonplace. They are not cheap!
The tooling is the injection moulds that are fitted to the machines.
To make items such as plastic cutlery feasible, they have to be produced in large quantities.
This means multi- cavity moulds. Maybe 100 pieces will be made every time the machine cycles.
This means the moulds will be very large, and also therefore, very expensive.
A mould is made of steel, and contains the mould cavities, which are the shape of the cutlery. It also splits open, so is in 2 halves. It has to have the means of removing the finished mouldings, and also has heating and cooling means built into it.
First, the mould has to be heated. The plastic is injected into it, then the heat is removed and replaced by refrigerated water. This helps to rapidly solidify the plastic material.
The mould then opens, ejects the finished products, and recloses and is again heated for the next “shot”.
The time it takes to heat and cool means a fairly long time is needed for each shot, thus the multiple cavity mould is necessary. The cycle time required can be divided by the number of components per shot, so the time per component becomes minimal.
There are plenty of machine suppliers, but because of the mould size and weight, a machine for the job has to be large, therefore more expensive.
Often, the manufacturer will own the moulds, and pass them to a plastics moulding company to mould his parts for him. This way he doesn’t need the capital to also own the machines.
Moulds are made by specialist toolmakers. There can be a lot of work in producing a mould, and it must work after all that! It needs specialist design.
