What tip size is needed for the AC-to-DC power adaptor for: ProForm 385 CSX Recumbent Bike?

It’s advised that ONLY a regulated 6 volt DC 2-amp power supply should be used.
But, it doesn’t state what the TIP size should be, ie: A, B, H, D…etc (and yes, I know that those sizes actually aren’t correct) Also to add, the unit has a pin in it…therefore the adaptor piece needs to be a ‘female’ part.

Since there are different ways to adjust tension on exercise bikes it’s hard to say. best solution is to check the manual, search on-line or visit a store familiar with it.

Many will have a cable from the adjuster to a belt or pad that applies pressure to a flywheel. The cable likely streached and needs to be tightened.

What is the best upright exercise bike for a tall person?

I was wondering if there are any upright exercise bikes on the market suitable for tall people. I am 6’2” and 200lbs.
I have tried out a Schwinn 140 in a nearby sports store but my knees just about hit the handlebars. The only bike in the store that was a good fit was a ProForm but I’ve read bad reviews about those.
I don’t have an outdoor bike and don’t want a recumbent exercise bike. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Did you adjust the saddle high enough, it also adjusts fore and aft. Chances are it was set up for a shorter person.

Hi everyone I am 5’3 194 pds and have a 46% bodyfat, me and hubby want to get in shape! and have bought the following equipment,and need to make up a schedule, i started today and did the eliptical,but I need to start a workout routine, I can actually do 30 min on the treadmill too,but how can i incorporate the other 2 machines, let me know thanks so much

wow…u have great workout machines

anyways, i think u should use the elliptical machine the most and the strength machine the least.

try to work out 4-5 days a week:

Day 1: 10 min warm up on bike, 25 min strength machine, 30 min elliptical/treadmill

day 2: 15 min treadmill, 30 min elliptical, 20 min bike

day 3: same as day 2

day 4: same as day 1

Day 5: same as day 2

I do a similar routine and have gotten really good results so give it a try!
