About Stair Steppers
Stair steppers continue to be popular options for home exercise. They offer the same benefits as running stairs, but with the “any time, in any weather, without having to leave the comfort and safety of your home” convenience. Stair steppers don’t take up much space, require moderate balance and coordination, and can provide an effective workout for all levels of users, from beginners to serious competitors.

Following on the heels of treadmills and exercise bikes, stair steppers took their first step towards fitness machine success in the early 1980s. Like most exercise equipment, stair steppers have come a long way technically speaking. For example, advanced computers on most new models allow users to track their vitals at a glance. However, the most crucial benefits of stair steppers remain the impacts of cardiovascular and muscle tone fitness. Stair steppers continue to offer an exercise that is less jarring than treadmills, but more intense than elliptical trainers.

Question
there was ones vcr machines and vcr tapes.. still does but they getting rid of it aventualy.

Today we have dvd disc and dvd recorder machines + there is now HARD DRIVES the only solution for no tapes and no disc.

So… whats the next phrase in its technology…. will there be something better then dvds and hard drives ?
So lets say the next 5 years will there be something better and newer more better then dvd recorders and much better then hard drives ? If so what could it be and might be.

latest stuff people buy are dvd recorders and blueray well same thing its all dvd disc;s and there is hard drives on most devices now days.

So wondering… would there be something greater and better then all that in the next 5 years time or so on..

Answered by FamousSAS
idk but for movie theatres they are planning on launching satalites into space and just sending signals to the theatres with the movies that are being released. The theatres are still using film reels which is totally old school. Some of them have discs but not many.

My personal opinion is that sooner or later there will be a device which will provide a direct feed to your body and it will right in your pants… :)

Seriously, I do think that eventually they will be able to “record” data to your brain where it will be accessible all the time, in fact there is research in this area and the plan would be to directly feed information to the brain like this, so we could see 5 or 6 year old geniuses because that’s how they will transmit information.

I think flash memory will be used more with capacities those of hard drives (going to a video store to rent a movie by flashing it to a memory module with limited read capabilities) the technology is out there its just not used to its full extent.
Answered by Lola P
it wont be VCR.. vcr is dieing slowly more.

Now its DVD comming out and now bolue ray dvd disc.. same stuff eh ? its all dvd round shapes

Now you have HARD DRIVES no tape no disc no problems

Now we have memory cards and flash cards.. bY the way the flash cards are allready exsisted and cheap all over the world at shops so its not new anymore.

I believe the next phrase will be well not what that idiot said about brain sending signales and stuff.. that is way off the track that is like no where near within the next 200 years time..

The user said and wants to fine out whats the next one comming up.. whats the next thng which will be better then dvd and cards and all ?

It would be something like a similar hard drive.. unless there wont be NO CHANGE for the next 5 years or 20years because there is allready up to date technology of HARD DRIVES and memory cards.. So we cant think anything more technology then that so far for consumers and for developers who buy it to record tv shwos and film.

The ideal about putting it in your brain is not the next step from the hard drives and memory cards.. as if lol. that technology about the brain is alittle much further away then anything comming up to date.

Question
I’m not very good at this so i need lots of help, from the time i got the machine on and the game is in, how do i save it to the hard drive? I’ve searched this question but i”m still confused. Can anyone help?
Answered by Redspartan19
When the game is selected on the dashboard, there should be an option under it for game options or something like that, it should be Y. Once that menu has been opened there should be a list of options with save to the hard drive on it.
Answered by mr_j526
Power on the system, and insert the game. Go to the dashboard if not already there, and go to the option that say “Play {Game Name}”. Now hit the Y button there to bring up the game options menu, and one of those should be Install to Hard Drive. Hit that one and wait.

NOTE: You can not play the game without the disk in the system, even after installing the game.

Answered by Link0710
Ok with the xbox on, i suggest going to your settings, then switch Auto play to Off.. this is what i do.

Anyway insert your game, make sure your at the dash board. You should see a picture of whatever game your playing. It’ll say hit A to play, X to eject, and Y for other. Hit Y, then select download to hard drive.

After installation, repeat the above step, only this time it will say Play instead of Install…

Make sure you hit Y and select Play from Hard drive EVERYTIME you play that game, or else your just running it from the disc.

You do still need the disc too so you know.

Question
How far should freedom stretch? If companies began laying off millions of workers to be replaced by machines, leaving millions and millions unemployed, what do you think should be done? These companies would have a right to run their business as they choose. right? Do you think government should be able to step in in a situation like that if it would cause umemployment rates to skyrocket and people to have no income? Or would it simply not matter because eventually those business wouldn’t have a viable consumer base?
Answered by Greywolf
If computers took over manufacturing jobs, I think humans ought to focus on the service industry, creating new industries, and other jobs not just stay home and wallow in self-pity about the loss of an industry available to them.

Also, I wouldn’t be against replacing government workers with robots. I think they’d be nicer sometimes and probably a lot more helpful.

Answered by You are all, weirdos.
This would be a fundamental change in the economic paradigm. Some involvement from the Government may be necessary at that time to make the adjustment, but we should not apply the modern paradigm of economics to understand that situation in which many goods and services are supplied with little to no cost.
Answered by sgoldperson
Well why shouldn’t robots do jobs that Americans won’t do? After all Robots should have the same rights as ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.
Answered by NG J
Freedom stretches as long as the country is stable, people are more open to researching. correction here; Government stepping into the companies psychology and system of employment as solving unemployment as solution are paradoxically hierarchy to freedom to communication. Then no space or beautiful piece in between. Purposely, a dessert meant to serve to a delightful family will cut and mince with many others who are new to the family. One bit of share serve may deteriorate the rest served. There are many who do not have this powerful machine making the dessert yet. Robots steals the show. Nevertheless, companies have freedom of choice for these many human generations that brand them. It may be a predator in one company on the other company and the choice maybe the best that people rest their pay pockets. Open information also tenses the conservative information shared to various parties. Fair share to live in a society.
Question
If 15 machines prepare 360 sweaters in 6 days ,how many sweaterscan be prepared in 10 days by 12 machines?
Answered by hayharbr
Break it down to how many sweaters by 1 machine in 1 day:
15 machines do 360 in 6 days, so 1 machine does 360÷15 = 24 sweaters in 6 days, and therefore 1 machine does 4 sweaters a day. So in 10 days it can do 40, and 12 machines in 10 days could do 40 x 12 whatever that is.
Answered by Pavan
dude see nw u have two parameters here which decide the amount of output
so first u assume one of them to be constant
lets see
15 mac == 360 swe per 6 days => 60 swe per day r8?
12 mac == ?
? == 60*12/15
hence 12 mac == 48 swe per day

hence 10 days= 10*48 =480 swe :D

these kinda que confused me a lot wen i ws small lol stupid ques!! :D

Answered by Richard M
We usually deal with man hours or in this pc world person hours.
Here we are dealing with machine days.
how many sweaters can be made with one machine day
in 6*15 machine days we can make 360 sweaters.
6*15 and 6*4*15
so in one machine day we can make 4 sweaters

so we have 10*12 machine days available.
120*4=480 sweaters in 10 days with 12 machines.

We already have hard drive based systems (DVR or PVR) and I think those will last for some time.

Hard drives will eventually be replaced by solid state devices (SSD) which we’re already beginning to see in things like the new Mac Air Book. These are essentially just larger versions of your USB thumbdrive.

Other storage mediums, such as holographic storage, have yet to become commercially feasible but hold great promise.
